New, or Improved, Functionality in WERCSmart

We are pleased to share the latest updates and enhancements in the WERCSmart® program. These new features will go into effect early on November 20, 2024, for most of you. This release will provide an updated and streamlined experience for logging into your WERCSmart account and provide you some time-saving steps for completing regular tasks.   

Once this release is in place, you will be asked to reset your password the next time you login with your existing email ID. By resetting your password, you will have unique credentials that will work across other applications at UL Solutions, making it easier to access multiple accounts. Effectively immediately you will also be able to reset your own password without relying on other support.
