The WERCSmart system automatically generates invoices on the renewal date for WERCSmart services rendered.


All invoices for WERCSmart will be sent to the billing contact on file. Invoices can also be found and downloaded within your account following the steps below.

How to obtain invoices

Step 1: Navigate to My Account 

  • Log in to WERCSmart. 
  • Click on your name in the top right corner.
  • Click on My Account.
  • Under the 'My Account' section, select Order History.



Step 2: Find invoice type

  • Select box(es) for the type of invoice you are looking for
    • WERCSmart: shows the product submissions you have made within your account
    • Subscription: shows all payments made relating to your subscription



Step 3: View and download invoice(s) 

  • View the following information for each invoice/transaction
    • Order Number
    • Status of the payment
    • Date of the order
    • Who submitted the order
    • When the payment was finalized
    • The payment method used
    • The total invoice charge (fee)
  • To download, click View Details to the right of the invoice



Special Notes

Accessing subscription renewal invoices early

  • Subscription renewal invoices are generated on the renewal date and cannot be accessed before the renewal date.


Default payment methods

  • If you have a default payment method selected on your account before the renewal date, it will be used as the automatic payment and the invoice will reflect this. 


Transaction Invoices

  • Invoices for single purchases such as requesting authoring of a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) as part of your registration, or choosing to have an optional document included with your registration can also be found within the 'Order History' page under the 'Subscription' tab.
