WERCSmart uses an automatic payment process for all subscription renewals and other payments.


All payments for WERCSmart services, including subscriptions, will be charged using the preferred method of payment that has been added to the account. This article details how to manage and set your default payment method for billing.

How to manage payment methods

Step 1: Navigate to My Account 

  • Log in to WERCSmart. 
  • Click on your name in the top right corner.
  • Click on My Account.
  • Under the 'My Account' section, select Payment Methods.
    • Note: Only administrators have access to Payment Methods


Step 2: Manage payment methods

  • Under 'Add a New Payment Method', select your desired payment type
    • Enter payment details
  • Select Default for the payment method you desire to use for your subscription payment



Note

If your payment does not process successfully, you can attempt to retrigger the payment. You can mark a different payment method that you will not be using (e.g. wire transfer) as "Default" and then wait 1 minute. Then, mark your preferred payment method as "Default" again and the system will reattempt to charge your "Default" payment method.
