WERCSmart uses an automatic payment process for all subscription renewals and outside of subscription payments.


All payments for WERCSmart services will be charged to the preferred method of payment that has been added to the account.


In order to manage your current payment methods for your account, please proceed to the "Payment Methods" screen: 

  • Select the name in the top right corner of the WERCSmart home page. 

  • Click the "My Account" option. 

  • Navigate to the right side of the "My Account" page and select "Payment Methods"

    • Please note that only Administrators of the account have access to the "Payment Methods" page. 

  • On the "Payment Methods" page, you may add your payment method by selecting one of the payment methods below the "Add a New Payment Method" subtitle at the bottom of the page. 

  • Once you have added your payment method, be sure to select the "Default" option on your newly added payment method in the top right corner of the payment method that is now showing on your screen.

  • After marking your preferred method of payment as "Default", your account should now be ready to make payments to WERCSmart automatically. 


Here is a step-by-step step walkthrough adding a payment method in order to pay for your invoice:

  • Please select the arrows in the bottom right corner of the attachment below to proceed through each step. 

  • You may select the "Scroll" option to read through the attachment in a different way. 

  • Please select the "Open Larger" option to see this walkthrough in a separate tab.





Special note:


If your payment does not appear to be processing successfully, you can attempt to retrigger the payment by marking a different payment method that you will not be using (Ex. Wire transfer) as "Default" and then waiting for 1 minute. After waiting, please mark your preferred method of payment as "Default" again and the system will reattempt to charge your "Default" payment method.
