If you can’t find the battery you need in our database, please Submit a Ticket to our team. We’re here to help you find a suitable match or facilitate the addition of a new battery. 


When submitting your ticket, please include the following information, if available:

  • Battery Common Name  
  • IEC/ANSI Name 
  • Standard dimensions
    • Thickness, Width, and Length in mm.
  • Type
    • Rectangular, Cylindrical, Camera, etc. 
  • Chemistry 
    • Lithium-ion, Alkaline, Lead Acid, etc.
