Upgrading your subscription level in WERCSmart


Whether you need to register additional products or upgrade to gold, silver, or bronze agent support, you can upgrade your subscription level at any time by following the steps below.

Overview 

You may need to upgrade your WERCSmart subscription for two reasons.

  1. You have additional product registrations but have maxed out your current tier. 
  2. You want to take advantage of an Agent Support Service Plan.


Step 1: Navigate to My Account 

  • Log in to WERCSmart. 
  • Click on your name in the top right corner.
  • Click on My Account.
  • Under the 'My Account' section, find the 'Subscription' center column.
  • Click the green Upgrade button.


Step 2: Select your Desired Product Range

  • You will be brought to the 'Subscription Upgrade' page.
  • Select the dropdown option to match your desired number of products for Formulated Products, Enhanced Articles, and Articles.
    • If you do not have a product for a section, please select None.


Step 3: Select a Subscription Plan 


Step 4: Select an Agent Support Service Plan [optional] 

  • Select from Gold, Silver, or Bronze Level Agent Support.
  • At any time during the selection process, see the bottom banner for Estimated Annual Cost details.
  • Once you have made your selections, click the green Proceed button in the lower right corner.
  • Review selections and then click Checkout.


Step 5: Select your Payment Method

  • You will be brought to the 'Payment Method' page.
    • When performing an upgrade, the system will show you the yearly amount of the product tiers you are upgrading. You will be charged a prorated amount from the upgrade date until your next subscription renewal date. 
  • Select your desired payment method type.
  • Click on the green Continue button. 
    • Note: Payment is not submitted by clicking 'Continue'. You will be brought to the Billing Review page.


Step 6: Review Billing details and confirm the order

  • Once you review your billing details, click on Confirm Order to complete your subscription upgrade.
  • You will see a page confirming that your subscription has been successfully upgraded. 
  • To return to your home page, select the green Home button.



Conclusion

Once you have completed the steps above, your subscription will be upgraded to accommodate your needs better. You can upgrade your subscription as often as needed.  

  • Note: The system will automatically generate a new invoice showing the details of your upgrade, which can be viewed in your account.
