Bug Fixes:
Report: Retail Chemicals of Concern
This report is connected to PurView data. The report output was cleaned up to properly illustrate what is available in PurView.
Report: Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Report
This report, when no results for the account’s product registrations are found, was not providing any error or a blank report with just headers. A fix was put into place where a blank report, with column headers.
Adding New Retailer or UPC after Archiving Retailer from Registration
There were some reported incidents where an archived retailer on a registration is reintroduced when the registration is forwarded to a new retailer or a UPC is added. A fix is now in place to prevent the reintroduction of the archived data recipient.
CVS Own Brands: Initial Registration Indicates User Will Update Later
When a registration is being made to CVS as a store brand/private label brand and certain requirements are met (UPC prefix), additional data for CVS may be required in the registration. A user may opt to provide this additional data later and resubmit. A problem was found that, when editing the registration, the CVS-specific data requirements were not always displayed, not permitting entry of this data. Editing or Update of data should result in this being available to the user after initial submission of the registration.
New Functionality in WERCSmart:
Primary Administrator Notifications for Subscription Renewal
Before subscription annual renewal, the Primary Admin on the WERCSmart account will receive email notifications, in addition to the Billing Contact for the account. There are times the Billing Contact may not have access to WERCSmart, so the Primary Administrator may need to manage the updates for a successful renewal.
Optional Documents for Purchase
Due to ever-changing regulatory requirements for regional Safety Data Sheets and reviewing these requests’ history, we’re making the Optional Documents available more concise. You’ll still be able to request, for most registrations, a Safety Data Sheet for North America, Canada and/or U.S. Also, each option will continue to have additional language options beyond English. Please be aware that UL’s North American format for SDS covers regulations in Mexico, the U.S. and Canada.
