WERCSmart Subscription Enrollment
You must enroll in a subscription when registering products in WERCSmart for a Retailer requirement.

The WERCSmart Subscription
WERCSmart is designed to determine which subscription you will fall under based on your chosen product type. It is best to register your products first and then submit them.
What does the subscription cover?
- The number of WERCS Professional Services (WPS) IDs you submit for assessment.
- There are 3 different product types: Formulated products, Articles, and Enhanced Articles.

- There are 3 subscription tiers: Limited, Standard, and Premium.

Who can enroll?
- Only Administrators on the account can enroll in a Subscription.
- Note: The subscription will renew automatically every year on the enrollment date.
How to enroll in a WERCSmart Subscription
Step 1: Initiate Enrollment
There are two ways to initiate enrollment:
- At the end of your first product registration.
- The system automatically prompts you to subscribe before submitting your product for assessment.
- You will be directed to the subscription enrollment page, where you can proceed with the enrollment before your product is officially submitted for assessment.
- In your account.
- Click on Your Name in the top right corner.
- Click on My Account.
- Under the My Account section, find the center column titled Subscription.
- Click on the green Enroll button.
Step 2: Select your Desired Product Range
- Use the dropdowns to choose your desired product number.
- For example, 'Up to 100 Product(s)'.
- Note: This can be updated at any time in the future should your number of products fluctuate.
- If you do not have a product for Enhanced Articles or Articles, please select None.
- Otherwise, continue to select your desired number of products for each section.
Step 3: Select a Subscription Plan
- Select from Limited, Standard, or Premium subscription plans.

- Note: The estimated costs will continue to be updated with each selection.
Step 4: Select an Agent Support Service Plan
- Select from Gold, Silver, or Bronze Level Agent Support.
- This is optional.

- Once you have made your selections for all of the sections, click on the Proceed button in the bottom right corner.
- Review selections for your Subscriptions Enrollment and then click Checkout.
Step 5: Select your payment method
- You will be brought to the 'Payment Method' page.
- Select your desired payment method type.
- Click on the green Continue button.
- Note: Payment is not submitted by clicking 'Continue'. You will be brought to the Billing Review page.
Step 6: Review Billing details and confirm the order
- Once you review your billing details, click Confirm Order to complete your subscription enrollment.
- Note: Any products in your shopping cart will be submitted for assessment. You can remove the product from your cart on the Billing Review page.
- You will see a page confirming that you have successfully signed up for a subscription plan.
- To return to your home page, select the green Home button.
