WERCSmart My Ingredient Library.
The My Ingredient Library can be used to upload all of the ingredients that you frequently use when you register your products.

Please use the following steps to access your Ingredient Library in WERCSmart:
Once you have uploaded your ingredients in your Ingredient Library, you can add these ingredients to your product registration by following the steps below:
Here is a step-by-step walkthrough of adding ingredients to your Ingredient Library as well as how to add ingredients from your Ingredient Library to a product registration:
Please use the following steps to access your Ingredient Library in WERCSmart:
On your home page, select your name in the top right corner.
Select the "My Account" option.
Navigate to the right side of the screen and select the "My Library" title listed in a blue color.
On the "My Library" page, select the title "My ingredients".
On this page, you can select the box that reads "Start typing a component name to search" and a dropdown box will appear.
In this box, you can search the entire list of the ingredients that are available in WERCSmart.
You may search by using the name of the ingredient or the CAS number.
Once you see the ingredient that you would like to add appear in the list below the search box, you can select the ingredient to add this to your library.
You may now edit this newly added ingredient by selecting the "Publicly Disclosed" or "Trade Secret" checkboxes as well as add the public name of your ingredient as it is displayed on your product label and/or SDS.
- After you have added all of your desired ingredients to your Ingredient Library, you can now select these ingredients to use within your product registrations.
Once you have uploaded your ingredients in your Ingredient Library, you can add these ingredients to your product registration by following the steps below:
On your home page, select the three dots below actions to the right of your product.
Open your product registration by selecting either "Edit", "Update Data", or "Update Required" from the dropdown list. The option will appear differently depending on the product's submission status.
Proceed to the "Product Characteristics" page within the registration by selecting that tab on the top of the page.
Select the "Ingredients" section.
Select the box that says "Use My Ingredients".
You will now see a pop-up box that contains the ingredients that you have already added to the Ingredient Library.
You may now search for certain ingredients by typing in the box that says "Start typing a component name to search".
You can either type the ingredient name or the CAS number.
Once you see your ingredient, select the box to have this ingredient added to the Ingredient Library if it is not present or you will see the ingredient you have added already.
You may now check the checkboxes of the ingredient(s) that you would like to add to your formulation.
Select the "OK" box to add all of the ingredients that you have checked the boxes for to your registration formulation.
You may now input your concentration values for each ingredient in the formulation as well as fill out any additional information for each ingredient (Publicly Disclosed or Trade Secret, Public Name) that is not already entered.
You may now continue through the remainder of your registration.
