Adding Third Party Registration's to your WERCSmart product ingredient list.
Once a company has registered an ingredient as a Third Party Registration, you can add the registration to your ingredient list.
Please use the steps below to add a Third Party Registration into your product's ingredient list:
On your home page, select the three dots below actions to the right of your product.
Open your product registration that you would like to add the Third Party registration to by selecting either "Edit", "Update Data", or "Update Required" from the dropdown list.
Proceed to the "Product Characteristics" page within the registration by selecting that tab on the top of the page.
Select the "Ingredients" section.
Select the box that says "Start typing a component name to search" and then begin typing in the dropdown box produced below.
Type in either the name of your Third Party formulation that you are adding or the WPS number which should be formatted as WPS followed by 7 digits (Ex. WPS1234567).
This number should be provided to you by the Third Party Formulator that registered the ingredient.
You should now see the ingredient populate below the box, select the ingredient to add this to your formulation.
Depending on the restriction settings implemented by the Third party Formulator, you may need to type in the Access Code which must be provided to you directly by the Third Party Formulator.
You may email the email address listed by the formulator if it is present to receive the Access Code.
Select "Validate" after typing in the code if the ingredient has an access code restriction.
You may now enter the percentage of the ingredient as it is composed within your overall formulation.
Once you have added the Third party Registration to your ingredient list, you can add all other ingredients that are in the formulation of your product or confirm that they have been added already and then select the green "Continue" button.
You may now continue with the remainder of the registration before resubmitting the product.
