Document Uploads with Protection Enabled Allowed 

On April 25, 2023, there were password restrictions placed on PDF upload due to visibility issues and Kit Merge issues. 

This restriction is being removed and PDF upload requirements are being reset to their original state.

It was found that although password restrictions cause issues, and may lead to suspension of registrations, the restrictions went beyond password protected documents. This restriction did not properly permit upload of files for our customers, and we apologize. Thank you for bringing this to our immediate attention.
