Packaging Information Requirement
Certain compliance programs now require packaging-specific information as part of product registration workflows. Depending on the customer, recipient configuration, region, or regulatory requirement, suppliers may be asked to provide packaging compliance information during registration. Suppliers can create and manage Packaging Assemblies directly within the WERCSmart Portal.
- A Packaging Assembly represents the packaging materials and components associated with a finished product and can be reused across multiple products and UPCs.
