Quality was a let down

The product I received for order #123, did not meet the quality promised.
I’ve requested for a refund but I just thought I’ll put the word out, in hope that it does not happen again.

Horrible service

One day prior to the delivery of my package, I was told it was “Undeliverable”. Sucks that I had to wait for four days just to hear this.
