Managing your WERCSmart account security questions


Security questions are used in WERCSmart to regain access to your account in case your password has expired or in the event that you have forgotten your password.  


Please use the following steps to update the security questions for your account:

  • Select your name in the top right corner of the WERCSmart home page and select the "My Account" option. 

  • Navigate to the lower half of the "My Account" page where you see a title that says "Your Company User Accounts". 

  • Find the User/Administrator that you would like to update the security questions for. 
  • Select the three dots to the right side of the User/Administrator listed under "Actions".
  • After selecting the three dots, a pop-up will be generated showing several options that you can select. 
  • Select the "Password Security" option. 
  • You may now enter your response to each security question as well as the hint in each box. 
  • After filling out all of the questions, please select "Save" and these answers will be saved to your account for future use. 


To use your security questions/answers to regain access to your WERCSmart account, please select the "Forgot Your Password?" option on the login screen.
