Can I update an existing Packaging Assembly? 

Yes. Packaging records may be updated as packaging specifications change. Future compliance evaluations may use the updated information. 

Why am I seeing Chemical Group questions? 

Certain customers and compliance programs require disclosure regarding regulated Chemical Groups that may be present within products or packaging materials.

Can I use one Declaration of Compliance for multiple Chemical Groups? 

In many situations, yes. The enhanced workflow supports broader declaration coverage where appropriate.

Will my existing registrations automatically require Packaging Assemblies? 

No. Existing registrations remain unchanged. Packaging requirements are typically evaluated when registrations are created, edited, updated, or resubmitted.
