Important update regarding scheduled maintenance window for WERCSmart®

Recently, we shared that there would be some periodic interruptions to your WERCSmart service the weekend of May 2 – May 4, 2025, for system maintenance. 

To help ensure a smooth release, we have added some additional time for testing and have rescheduled the maintenance window for Friday, May 30, at 5 p.m. until Sunday, June 1, 11:59 p.m. Eastern.  

You may have intermittent access to your data and your product portfolio during the maintenance window. There will be a delay in processing new product registration(s) until the maintenance window has been completed, so please plan accordingly.
