We are excited to announce the launch of WERCSmart Product Suite for our supplier community. This reporting solution brings several key improvements to help streamline your compliance processes and provide better insights into your product portfolio.  


Key Features: 

  1. Enhanced Visibility into UL Solutions Derived Data Outputs 
    • Gain deeper insights into the data generated by UL Solutions such as waste codes, storage information, and transportation information sent to WERCSmart retailers. 
  2. Centralized Repository for Compliance Data 
    • Access all compliance data for your product portfolio in one place, organized by UPC. 
  3. Custom Data Views 
    • Create tailored views of your data to focus on the information most relevant to your needs. 
  4. Easy Document Access and Retrieval 
    • Quickly locate and retrieve product documents, saving time and improving efficiency.

With its user-friendly interface and powerful features, you'll be able to manage your compliance data more effectively and make informed decisions with confidence.

How to Access Product Suite 

Accessing Product Suite 

  • Log in to WERCSmart. 
  • Look for the new menu option on your home page. 
  • Find the Product Suite icon among the menu options.
  • Click on the Product Suite icon. 
  • A new browser tab will open, displaying Product Suite. 

Using Product Suite 

  • Work within the Product Suite tab as needed. 
  • When you're finished, simply close the tab. 

Key Points to Remember 

  • Product Suite is now easily accessible from your WERCSmart home page. 
  • It opens in a separate tab for convenient use. 
  • Closing the tab when you're done is all that's required. 


This new feature streamlines your workflow by providing quick access to Product Suite directly from your WERCSmart home page.

How to Access Current WERCSmart Reports 

All reports currently available in the WERCSmart My Reports area remain accessible. No changes have been made to this functionality, allowing you to access your reports as usual. 


Accessing Your Reports 

  • Log in to your WERCSmart account. 
  • Navigate to the "My Reports" area. 
  • Find all your currently available reports in this section. 


Accessing your current WERCSmart reports is simple. The reports you're accustomed to seeing in the My Reports area are still there and fully accessible. If you have any questions, please contact WERCSmart support for assistance.
