Update an inactive WERCSmart administrator
This article details how to update your WERCSmart account administrator if they are inactive.
Overview
An account can only have one administrator.
- Only the current administrator can make another person on the account the new administrator, giving up the administrator role for themselves.

If the administrator cannot make the change themselves due to being on leave, having left the company, or something similar, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Revised Administrator Form
- Download the attached 'Revised Administrator' form.
- Fill out all fields of the form.
Step 2: Company Letterhead
- Provide your company letterhead as a separate file or contained within the Revised Administrator form.
Step 3: Submit a ticket
- Submit a ticket with all the attached documents.
Once approved and processed, the new administrator will receive an email with account setup instructions.
