Some organizations may have, inadvertently, established a single account, but should have established separate accounts.
To separate the data into two accounts, WERCSmart Help Desk requires:
A completed Separation Request Form
WPS Product IDs
Supplier IDs
All documents must be provided to the WERCSmart Help Desk for processing.
