How to get a canceled account reinstated

Reason for a Canceled Account

If you do not pay the balance on your account, it will be canceled due to nonpayment. 

• When your account is canceled for nonpayment, all product registrations will be deleted automatically without recovery.

Account Reinstatement

To access your account, you will need to request that the account be reinstated.

• Contact Customer Support by submitting a ticket requesting the reinstatement of your account.
