We’re excited to announce a re-design to our Customer Support website making it easier to find information and interact with the WERCSmart support team.
The update includes:
A new design – making it easier to locate articles, open tickets, access live chat, receive notifications, and more
Consolidated topics – allowing you to see simplified views of the full range of resources available
New Industry Section – enabling you to view a growing area of articles, products, and services designed to help you better manage chemicals and sustainability inside and outside of WERCSmart
The Customer Support Center provides more ways to interact with your WERCSmart support team, including:
Live chat
Quick questions. Quick answers. Live chat is available within the WERCSmart application as well as the customer support website.
Ticket requests
For more complex questions, you can submit detailed questions though customer support ticketing.
Email requests
