The autumn season is the most popular time of year to introduce new holiday products into the WERCSmart program. On occasion, the new products added to your WERCSmart account may exceed your current subscription threshold for the max limit number of products registered.


If you are adding new products this holiday season, WERCSmart's Subscription Product Type report can be a useful reference tool to view your entire product inventory and see if a subscription upgrade is required.


About the report


The Subscription Product Type report enables you to:

  • View your entire product inventory – This at-a-glance feature is particularly useful when you would like to see a highlighted view of all your registered products.

  • Compare your inventory against your current subscription plan – This sortable function by product type gives visibility into your breakdown of formulated products, articles, enhanced articles, 3rd party formulations, and more.

  • Determine if any products are not in use – Viewing your product inventory provides an opportunity to quickly determine if any products that are no longer active in the supply chain. Designating inactive products may reduce your subscription costs by going below the minimum number of products based on your current plan.


How to access it


First, log into your WERCSmart account, then select the “My Report” icon located in the left navigation menu shown below.





The report can be downloaded in .csv and .xls file formats. Products are categorized and sortable by subscription product type.
