WERCSmart Account - Consolidation

Some organizations may have the need to combine accounts in WERCSmart. To consolidate the data into one account, WERCSmart Help Desk requires:
All documents must be provided to the WERCSmart Help Desk for processing. Requests are subject to verification by WPS and/or The WERCS.
- A completed Separation Request Form
- WPS Product IDs
- Supplier IDs
