Some organizations may have the need to combine accounts in WERCSmart.  To consolidate the data into one account, WERCSmart Help Desk requires:

• A completed Consolidation Request Form
• A complete list of WERCSmart  Product IDs.  This must be submitted in either Excel or Word format
• Supplier IDs

All documents must be provided to the WERCSmart Help Desk for processing.  Requests are subject to verification by WPS and/or The WERCS.
