If you're getting AJAX Error 200 when trying to log into WERCSmart, and your using Chrome as your browser, you may need to adjust settings within Chrome as outlined below. Before making any adjustments, please check with your organization's IT Department and ensure you're complying with your organization's guidelines regarding browser settings and access.
Access the Chrome options.
Scroll down to the Advanced option.
You can then do either of the following, or a combination of both.
Option 1 - Reset to Chrome Defaults:
Option 2 - Content Settings:
Change your setting (activate it so the blue bar displays) for Keep local data only until you quit your browser.
