Updating your product registrations.


You may make updates to your product registrations at any time as long as the product is not within the Assessment process. 


In order to update your product, please take the following steps:

  • On your home page, select the three dots listed to the right of your product and below the "Actions" label: 

  • After selecting the three dots, you will see a dropdown list produced with several actions you can select. Depending on the current submission status of your product, different options will appear:

    • Edit - If your product has not yet been submitted for review, you may select the "Edit" option to open your product registration. 

    • Update Data - If your product was already submitted and is now in a green status meaning that the product is sending to retailers, then you can select "Update Data" to open your registration and make updates before resubmitting. 

    • Update Required - If your product was suspended during review or is placed in a recertification, you will need to select "Update Required" to open your product registration and make updates before resubmitting. 

      • You may also select the "Resolve" option from the three dots below actions within the Message Center to the right of the suspension notification to open and edit your product.

    • After selecting one of these options above, you will be brought into the product registration where you can make changes to the data within the registration. 

    • Select the green "Continue" buttons on each page to proceed through the registration until you are brought back to the home page and the product indicates that it is within the Assessment process. 


Special notes:

  • If your product appears in a yellow color meaning "Assessment in Progress", then the options listed above will not be available since the product is being reviewed by the Assessment team.

    • Please contact Customer Support via phone call, chat, or by submitting a ticket to have your product placed in a recertification to make further updates before resubmitting.

  • Certain portions of your registration will not be available to edit if your product was already submitted for review. The product type, product name and the question regarding whether or not your product is a Private Label are not available for edits after the product was submitted for review.

    • If you need access to a field that is not currently available in your registration, please contact Customer Support via phone call, chat, or by submitting a ticket to have your product placed in a recertification that allows you to update these fields.
