Invoices are generated by the WERCSmart system for subscription renewals, installments, and for single purchases. Single purchases are when you request authoring of a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) as part of your registration, or you choose to have an optional document included with your registration. Invoices, when generated, are sent via email to the Billing Contact on file for your account.
If you need a copy of an invoice, this is available within your WERCSmart account. Go to the My Account area.
Use the Order History option:
Select the source of the invoice, whether it be a transaction (WERCSmart) or a subscription.
From here, you can see:
- Order Number
- Status of the payment
- Date of the order
- Who submitted the order
- When the payment was finalized by our accounting department
- The payment method used for the invoice
- The total invoice charge (fee)
- And you can also view the details of the invoice itself
To get a copy of the invoice for your subscription, you will go to the Subscription tab on the Order History view and select the "View Details".
Your PDF file will then be downloaded via your Browser.
