Although you can do minimal management of the Alert from the Alert message that appears on the Home Page in WERCSmart, the best place to manage your alerts is within the My Message area.

The Alert area on the Home Page view will give you some information about the Alert at a glance.  

From the product’s action option in Message Center, selecting the Detail information on an alert you’re now also able to Resolve the issue from the Detail pop-up.  

You can also filter, within My Messages, for specific types of alerts.

Once you update a registration, to resolve an alert, be sure to Accept the updates.  Our team will then review the updates and revise the Assessment information on the registration.
