Unlike rejected registrations, when a registration has already been successfully through the Assessment process once, if there are questions from the Regulatory Assessment team about the data or documentation you've provided, the registration will be Suspended.  In your WERCSmart account, this will be filtered by the Needs Your Attention status. 

Also, check the My Message area to see what registrations may have been suspended and need specific information updated and resubmitted.

The Alert area on the Home Page will also give you preliminary notification of a Suspension occurring.

As with a rejection, you would Update (Actions option) the registration information and resubmit for a revised Assessment.
