If you find you need assistance in resolving an issue, and you don't find what you need in our Solution Center, we have Support Agents ready to help.  Our Support team consists of our General Support, which is included by default with WERCSmart.  You may also enhance the support by selecting one of our Agency options (Gold, Silver or Bronze).

When you contact support by submitting a ticket (leaving a voice mail, creating a ticket from our Support Center, or sending an email to WERCSmartCustomer@UL.com), we try to respond as quickly as possible.  We try to get back to you in less than five (5) business hours, but at various times of year, we may take a little longer due to higher volume.  If you don't reach someone right away, we do have helpful tools available on our Support Center, which are searchable as well.

When in WERCSmart, if our Chat Agents are available, there is a chat icon in the upper navigation area, titled "Live Help".
