Some organizations may have, inadvertently, established single accounts but should have established separate accounts.  To separate consolidate the data into two accounts, WERCSmart Help Desk requires:
  • A completed Separation Request Form
  • WPS Product IDs
  • Supplier IDs
All documents must be provided to the WERCSmart Help Desk for processing.  Requests are subject to verification by WPS and/or The WERCS.
