Your product is selling like hotcakes and you have a new relationship with yet another retailer who is eager to sell your product.  Do you need to enter the registration data all over again?  Absolutely not!

With a few easy steps, you're able to forward the existing registration to the WERCSmart team to get a revised assessment performed for the new Retailer!

  1. Log into your WERCSmart account.
  2. From the Home Page, select BULK ACTIONS
  3. Select Forward Product Registration
  4. Select the Retailer from the list.
  5. Locate the Product (use the Product Name or ID from WERCSmart).
  6. Select the existing UPCs (Uniform Product Codes) to provide to the new retailer, or you may add more UPCs.
  7. Finalize the process.
  8. Submit order!

We will receive the revised data and perform the assessment report for the new retailer you've chosen.

Can you choose multiple retailers?  Sure!

Be aware, not all retailers accept all types of products.  You may get an error if you try to forward a type of product that the retailer doesn't currently accept an assessment on.  If you're unsure, or you need assistance with an error, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
