Need access to WERCSmart?

If you're unsure who the Administrator is for your WERCSmart account, you are welcome to contact the Customer Support team who can forward your request to the existing Administrator, adding you to the WERCSmart system.

Has your WERCSmart Administrator left the organization, or transferred to another unit in your organization, and you're now responsible for product registrations? 

In order to update the Administrator, if the Administrator is not available to do so, you will need to provide an Administrator Update form to our office.  Upon receipt, we will update the account, issue passwords, and notify you of the availability.  We require the documentation to ensure all data is accurate.  You must provide the name of the existing Administrator as a method of verification or we will ask for more details from you in order to process the request.

Administrator updates typically take one (1) business day to process.

Document must be submitted on your Corporate Letterhead, or your letterhead must accompany this request, for verification purposes. Completed forms must be provided in PDF format

Forms are submitted to Customer Support using the Ticket system (attach to ticket).
