Have you sold some of your products to another company, or have you recently purchased products from a company?  Do you need to transfer the registrations to your WERCSmart account?

To transfer product registrations from two or more unassociated WERCSmart accounts, you will need to provide the following documents:

• Merger/Acquisition Form completed and signed by authorized representatives; 
• Legal Documentation outlining the transaction between the parties, including the effective date of the acquisition of assets;
• WPS Product IDs to be merged into the final account (must be submitted in Excel or Word format);
• Supplier ID updates to the existing account

Due to the complexity of transferring data from one account to another, processing these requests does take some time.  We would recommend allowing 4-6 weeks for the data transfer to be fully resolved.
