If you find your organization has separate WERCSmart accounts, where some accounts may have been set up in errors, and your registrations are scattered among the various separate accounts, you may request these accounts be put into one area.
This will allow every user on the account to have access to the full product registration data and will put all of the registrations under the same subscription. Many users may find this easier to manage.
Should you need to request a Merge of Accounts, you will need to provide the following items:
- Merger/Acquisition Form;
- Legal Documentation
- WPS Product IDs to be merged into the final account;
- Supplier ID updates to the existing account
Due to the complexity of transferring data from one account to another, processing these requests does take some time. We would recommend allowing about two (2) weeks minimum for the merge to be fully resolved.
